Orvis Lee, stationed on the USS Texas in Division 6.  He was on the #2 port side 5" gun.  At the time he was in the Navy his name was Orvis Lee which was later changed to Orvis Ronnie.

Gun Crews would sometimes stamp their initials onto the gun mount they were assigned.

Look closely and you will see:

Lee, O L stamped in part of the gun mount. Now who do you think that is....
