Sterling silver plate with 35 signatures engraved in a circular fashion. In the center of the plate is engraved "USS TEXAS" on either side of a fouled anchor. (dollar for scale)

The names of the family officers were: Raymond Stedman Keyes Sr. and Raymond Stedman Keyes II.
