San Jacinto Battleground and Battleship Texas State Historic Sites Visitor Information

Directions From Interstate 610 East, take Texas Highway 225 east for 11 miles to Battleground Road (Texas Highway 134), continue north approximately 2 miles. Turn right on Park Road 1836 for the Monument or continue on Highway 134 another mile to reach the Battleship. Entrance on your left. All facilities are open 7 days a week except where noted.

	Battleship TEXAS State Historic Site: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.) Check the Calendar for scheduled access restrictions.
	San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site: 9am - 6pm (Closed on Thanksgiving day, Christmas eve and Christmas day.) Check the Calendar for scheduled access restrictions.
	San Jacinto Monument/Museum of History : 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.) Check the Calendar for scheduled access restrictions.
	Observation Floor: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
	Texas Forever!! The Battle of San Jacinto (A multi-image presentation): Shown every hour on the hour from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
	Snack Shop: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)

The "Dreadnought Room" can seat 37. Tables, chairs, podium, easel and audiovisual equipment are available. This facility is located on the second deck. The "Dreadnought Room" is available during business hours only Mon - Sun 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. . You are welcome to use a caterer for your affair.
